Exodus by Koesbilindo

Field Recording and Experimental Acoustics are the basic foundation of Koesbilindo which is development of the concept of instrumental music industrial waste from the previous group (Resonansi Ruang) Year 2019.

This time David develops regional music culture namely the term “Kotekan”, which elevates simple sound of percussion substance and Gamelan to be translated into assembled musical instruments from the media of industrial waste and kalimba given the name "Tri Swodho".

This first mini album is titled "EXODUS". taken from the Bible and the story in the verse of the Qur’an about Prophet Musa Allaihisalam. Contains 5 compositions dominant instrumental takes the title from Javanese as David’s contemplation of His homeland. "Dharma Pangeling" and “Teleportare Pt.2 : Exodus” was named Koesbilindo as Killer Track on this album, because it’s different with 3 songs at the beginning, namely "Sukma Ning Rogo", Two songs “Regu Pati” and “Tarling Noisantoro” it holds the Climax Message how an Experimental or ordinary Physical Release known that Avant Garde can be smelted with power lyrics and poetry but can’t be separated from the uniqueness ethnic sounds from Koesbilindo’s assembled Musical Instruments.

Koesbilindo launched Live Performance Record Mini Album “EXODUS” video while playing at the show Record Store Day Hard Rock Cafe Bali on Date June 12, 2021 ago. Collaborate with several local Balinese artists, namely Utay (flute), Aik Krisnayanti (Poetry), Komang Febri (Balinese Song) and Sako (contemporary dancer from Japan).
